Feudal Japan: Japanese Min'yo Band
(BFM172)
This pack of 5 (4 ladies and one bonsai tree!) is a beautiful accompaniment to any of our gaming or dioramas. Due to the traditional nature of the performance, these can be used for pretty much any time period 16th Century and afterwards (that being the date of the introduction of the shamisen). One of the ladies is carrying a tray to serve the audience or perhaps even the band, on a break between tunes.
A good scenario to play these with could be that they're holding a objective, but when your troops approach, you swap them out with some of our Onna-bugeisha to represent them drawing katanas in self defence. "Oops."
Supplied unpainted cast in high quality metal. Single piece, 28mm scale. 6 pieces. Shown painted by John Morris. Sculptor: Daniel Smith
