91st Cavalry Division Token Set
(TK029)
The 91st Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron has built up an impressive combat record before Cassino.
They wereat the front of the advance through Tunisia, Sicily, and Italy before taking up the important role of linking the US 5th and British Eighth Armies in front of Cassino. The rocky mountains and muddy valleys have forced the cavalrymen to dismount and fight on foot, bringing with them an impressive arsenal of machine-guns, bazookas, mortars, light tanks, assault guns, and explosives.
