Cossack style cavalry was the core of the national cavalry contingent in the armies of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The set conatins a stand of Polish-Lithuanian Command, 3 stands of Spear-armed Pancerni Cavalry, 3 stands of Wallachian Cavalry and 4 stands of Cossach-style Cavalry - for a total of 33 mounted miniatures, bases, spears and banners
The set includes 15 markers representing both foot and mounted casualties with which you can mark the losses suffered by your units
Lithuanian Petyhorcy Cavalry
Petyhorcy – medium Lithuanian cavalry armed with half-lances or spears. They wore chain-mail, mail
coifs and hand-guards. It was a universal formation able both to conduct reconnaissance and flanking
operations as well as to make frontal charges in support of winged hussars.
